Refund policy

Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including size, color, or change of mind. All items are printed and produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Refunds

We only offer refunds in the case of damaged or faulty items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cherrypuffcreations@asimpletools.ae. In your message, include:

• A clear photo showing the damage or issue
• A brief description of the problem
• Your order number

Once we review and approve your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
